I. Pre-start Preparation
Check Fluids: Ensure sufficient gasoline (95 octane recommended) and engine oil, and that coolant (if water-cooled) is functioning properly.
Tighten Components: Check that blades, screws, tracks, etc., are secure to prevent them from falling off during operation.
Wear Protective Equipment: Wear protective goggles, gloves, and long pants to prevent injury from flying debris.
Clear the Site: Remove stones, wires, and other hard objects to prevent them from ricocheting and injuring people or damaging the blades during cutting.
II. Pairing the Remote Control with the Main Unit
Power on the Main Unit: Turn the key clockwise or toggle the power switch to start the main unit.
Power on the Remote Control: Press the power button on the remote control. A "beep" sound indicates a successful signal connection.
Check Remote Control Status: Ensure the batteries are fully charged, the antenna is intact, and the buttons are responsive.
III. Engine Starting and Operation
Starting the Engine: Adjust the throttle to maximum and open the choke; Pull the starter rope 5-6 times until the engine starts; After starting, reset the choke and adjust to idle speed for 2 minutes to warm up.
IV. Safe Operation and Shutdown Procedures
Stop the machine for 10 minutes every 2 hours of operation to extend its lifespan;
In case of emergency, immediately press the emergency stop button on the remote control.
Shutdown sequence: First turn off the motor → wait for the blades to stop completely → turn off the remote control → disconnect the main unit power.
